Marty Exline is the Training and Outreach Lead for the Assistive Technology Act Technical Assistance and Training Center (AT3).  He has over 30 years of administrative experience in disability services including 23 years with the Missouri Assistive Technology program. As Director of the Missouri program, he was directly responsible for implementation of all state AT program activities. Marty’s expertise also includes community living and implementation of the ADA as well as AT policy and funding knowledge especially in the areas of Medicaid, Medicaid waivers, and health insurance.
