ACCESS-PD is a Rehabilitation Research and Training Center (RRTC) with a focus on Accommodations, Employment Supports and Success for People with Physical Disabilities in the workplace.

The ACCESS-PD RRTC and National Resource Center focus on the impacts of workplace accommodation practices on employment outcomes for people with physical disabilities. CIDI's research shows that workplace accommodations including the use of assistive technologies positively impacts the employment outcomes of people with disabilities.  Research also shows that many employees with physical disabilities are not getting the accommodations and workplace supports that they need.

ACCESS-PD includes research on assistive technology (AT) and universal design, and also examines individual and environmental factors associated with improved employment outcomes.
